Felix the half-elf is on adventure with his friend the cat and the snow owl, meanwhile a dragon attacks the flying city
Felix and his friends return to find the other elves have all lost control of their minds
Meanwhile Princess Tara of the human clan is awakened in the night
She discovers her mother crying. Dr. Bombur explains that the elves have kidnapped her father. Dr. Bombur suggests they seek help from the fairy queen. The following morning Tara decides to take on the mission herself. Meanwhile the Snow Owl tells Felix that the Fairy Queen could help the elves.
