It's been awhile since I've had any drawings to post. So lucky me, I finally have some more to post. Actually, I finished these drawings a couple of weeks ago.

These drawings are all from the book "Night Shadows."

Name: Alan Field

Fairy Tale Character: Beast

Alan is a Catholic cabbie from London in the 1840s.

Arabella Warren

Fairy Tale character: Cinderella, Rapunzel, granny from Little Red Riding Hood

Arabella is Alan's stepsister and often called Bella. After her mother remarried, she had to go work in a thread factory.

Captain Edwin Aldermaston

Fairy Tale Character: Wolf, Gaston, villain

Captain Edwin is the selfish villain of the book. He wanted to marry Sophia Gray and attempted to poison Alan, because she favored him.

Richard Hamilton

Fairy Tale character: Prince Charming, Hunter

Richard is a Catholic aristocratic who was originally from France. He met Arabella at a party and became interested in her.

Sophia Gray

Fairy Tale Character: Belle, Fairy Godmother, Snow White

Sophia is the governess for the small daughter of an Earl. She met Alan when he saved her life.

Fairy Tale Character: Little Match Girl, Red Riding Hood

Effie first joined the story when she almost got run over by a carriage and Alan saved hers and Sophia's lives.

It's kind of hard to tell in the book, but I had all these fairy tale characters covered somewhere in the book, even if it was only a very tiny bit.
