Character of the Week

This week's character is one of my really old characters. The book he was in was one of the first books I ever wrote. There are actually three different versions of the book.

Arthur
He appears in "The Red Lion" (Versions 1 and 2) and in "The Red Lion; The King's Assassin."

This is the only drawing I have of him.

Name: Arthur
Hair Color: Blonde
Eye Color: Dark blue with silver flecks
Age in the first book: fourteen
Age in the Last Book: fifteen
Books: "The Red Lion," "The Red Lion; The King's Assassin," "The Alliance
Genre: Fantasy and sci-fi
Favorite Color: blue
Skills: Sword fighting on crutches
Personality: INFJ
Status in story: Brother of the hero, Page to his father.
Siblings: Emith and Philomena (1st version) Ecclesio and Philomena (2nd version) Ecclesio and Ecclesia (3rd version)
Parents: Foremost knight in the kingdom, Half Crawlkin (Names are different the different versions)
First book he was ever in: "The Red Lion" (Version one)
First time she was mentioned
The man claimed that his wife was Eomer's older sister Eponine. He recognized the older one of the children that Amarth said was his, as his youngest son Arthur. The girl was one of the twins her name was Philimena. Hastily I went to Gandalf, but the only people he knew that were lost were his son and two daughters. And they were lost before the fire at Stone Henge.
~The Red Lion version 1

Defendo is outside finishing up a lesson with- oh what is that boy's name? The blond one that uses a crutch.” she asked.
Arthur.” Ecclesio said helpfully.
Is that Etsiam's son?” Precantes asked with a frown.
Yes, sir.” Solisima said as she pulled out a chair for her visitor, “He brought his sister again! The poor lamb. Shall I get you a drink or anything to eat?”

No thank you!” Precantes said as he shook his head.

I could have written the first time he actually appeared in a book, but there wasn't enough of the King's Assassin typed onto the computer for me to find that part.

  1. I must say, I really like the blue background!

Now that is a special talent, being able to sword fight on crutches :)

    1. Thank you Catherine.

I agree, but maybe he doesn't really need crutches. :D It's been years since I wrote anything with him in it, so I don't really even remember much about him, unfortunately. :D
