Jerome is the youngest brother. He loves to hear himself talk. When he also meets a girl in the forest, he goes to his brothers for advice on how to talk to them. ((To those of you who have seen "Snow White: The Queen's Fair Daughter" imagine something along the lines of that one scene with the prince and his tutor))
Princess Elise, the youngest in the family and commonly called little sis, has been treated like a baby for so long that she is a bit spoiled. But when her father remarries and her brothers are transformed into swans, Elise must grow up and actually take responsibility.
Prince Kane is the charming brothers' cousin. He is the most sensible one of the lot, although he loves hunting a little to much. His mother is determined that he will make a better marriage then his cousins. So she tests all the potential women to make sure they are a really princess, much to her son's embarrassment.
The "good" fairy. Most of the brothers would argue that she is really evil.
Belle. She is a merchant's daughter, and was forced to endure James at his worst. When he looked like a beast as well as acted like one.
The evil fairy that Justin kills.
Princess Elanor, Justin's greatest nightmare. His betrothed. She was not overly impressed with him either.
