Edmund, the ally. Twin brother of Edward.

Robert ex-baron of Locksley, the mentor.

Lord Thompson, the villain. Regent of England.

Lady Marian, ward of the king.

Ellen, hero's sister.

Bet. (Yes I'm terrible at drawing small children.) Bet is Edward's niece.

Edna, Bet's mother, Edward's sister.

Eldir, one of Edward's brothers.

Much, the millers son.

John of Norholt. Outlaw.

William of Scarlett. Outlaw.

William Gamling. Outlaw.

Henry Gamling. Outlaw.

Stanford. Lord Thomas' steward.

Lizzy. A maid. (I think)

Sir Guy. Royal assassin.

Edward as an outlaw.

The twins, Edward and Edmund.

Marian and Edward, right after the boy was injured.
